We accommodate a wide range of specialised measurement scales — including refrigeration ranges, hydraulic ton-on-ram configurations, and multi-zone colour-coded dials that visually communicate safe, caution, and critical operating bands at a glance. Dial samples are available on request before full production begins.

Diaphragm Seal Assembly
Ensuring the correct seal is matched to your process media and pressure instrument is one of the most critical factors in long-term equipment reliability. Magwell provides full in-house diaphragm seal assembly — every unit is built to your exact dimensional and material specifications, then pressure-tested before shipment.
Our process covers wetted-surface material selection for corrosive or hygienic applications, fill-fluid compatibility verification, and temperature compensation review. When the seal is right, your instruments stay protected and your process readings stay accurate for the full installed life of the assembly.

Liquid Fill Options
Vibration, pulsation, and rapid pressure cycling cause pointer flutter — degrading readability and accelerating internal wear. Magwell's liquid fill service selects the optimum fill fluid for your application, then fills the gauge case before despatch so it arrives field-ready from day one.
Our specialists review each application against ambient temperature, process medium, and sanitary or regulatory restrictions before recommending a fill fluid. The result is dampened oscillation, improved moisture protection, and a significantly longer service life.
